Steps to login in the portal:


1. Click on the “Login with Google” button
2. Enter the username and password of the Gmail account(use official account only).
3. After login successfully, it will navigate the user to home page.

Overview of TxRM sheets:


1. Master Sheet: It has the data of all employees along with their respective allocations.
2. Project Master: It has the data of all the active projects.
3. Delivery Dashboard: It has the resources count along with projects count w.r.t account.
4. Bench Report: It has the AFD list for the selected time duration.
5. Allocation Report: It has the data of all allocated employees for the selected dates.
6. Pyramid Analysis: It has the data of resources count w.r.t designation along with ideal and actual
percentage w.r.t roles.
7. Utilization Metrics: It has the data of billing utilization, resources count w.r.t manager, projects count
w.r.t bdm and projects count(active and upcoming) w.r.t manages
8. Employee Historical Report: It has the data of every allocation of the selected employee till now.
9. Billing report: It has the data of all billable resources for the selected dates.
10. Geo Location Wise Report: It has the data of resources count and projects count w.r.t location.
11. Vertical Report: It has the data of projects count w.r.t the vertical of the project.
12. Billing Utilization Graph: Graphical representation of utilization metrics report for the selected dates.
13. RM Sheet: Workbook contain Delivery Dashboard, Utilization Metrics, Pyramid Analysis, Master Sheet,
IFD, HAB and AFD sheet.
14. Pyramid Analysis Graph: Graphical representation of pyramid analysis report.

Steps need to be followed to allocate a resource in TxRM:


1. Click on the “Project Allocation” Module under “Internal tools”.
2. Search or Select the project for which you want to allocate the resource.
• Special Cases:
o Select “IFD Project” in case you want to block the resource for any upcoming project.
o Select “LongLeave Project”, in case the resource will be on leaves.
o Select “GET Project” to allocate GET’s who are not allocated to any other project.
o Select “Management Project” to allocate non-billable resources.
o Select “Resignation Project” to allocate resignee.
3. Click on “Add New Allocation” button to add new allocations in the selected project.
4. Fill the following fields to allocate the resource:
• Emp Id: Employee ID of the employee
• Emp Name: Field will populate automatically w.r.t Emp Id
• Allocation Start Date: When a resource is allocated to a project.
• Allocation End date: When a resource is deallocated to a project.
• % Allocation: Percentage of billable hours of the Employee
• Status: Select either “Billing” or “Hard Allocated Buffer” for all projects except for IFD,
LongLeave, Management, Resignation & GET projects in which case select “NA”
• Comment: Field for any further remarks
• Account Name: Mandatory for IFD cases, through this you are telling for which account you are
identifying the resource for deployment
• Shadow ID: Specify the Employee Id of billable resource.
• Shadow Name: Field will populate automatically w.r.t Shadow ID
• SOW: Mandatory for IFD cases, it specifies whether sow has been signed for the selected
account/project or not.
• Billing Start Date: Actual start date of project, applicable only for IFD cases
5. Add or Remove multiple resources with “+” / “-“ button at the end of each row
6. Click on “Save” to save the details.

To Edit the details of an allocation:-


1. Click on “Edit” to modify the project end date,% allocation, status and remarks.

To Remove an allocation: -
1. Click on “Remove” to delete an allocation for the specific project.

Additional Notes:-
• Click on “Account Status” to edit the status of project
• Comment field is there for any further remarks related to project.
• Employee who are not allocated to any project will automatically be appeared under AFD list.

Steps need to be followed to enter exit details of an employee in Samwad:


1. Click on the “Edit Employee” Module under “Internal tools”.
2. Enter Emp ID and LWD of an employee who left the organization.
3. Click on “Save” to save the details.

Steps need to be followed to enter details of new joinee in Samwad:


1. Click on the “Add Employee” Module under “Internal tools”.
2. Fill the required fields.
3. Click on “Save” to save the details.

Steps need to be followed to update your skills in Samwad:


1. Click on the “Skills Updation” Module under “Internal tools”.
2. Select the multiple skills and subskills using CTRL button.
3. Click on “Save” to save the details.

Overview of telephone directory:


1. Click on the “Telephone Directory” Module under “Internal tools”.
2. Search the employee name or email id.
3. Details of the searched one will be displayed on the screen
4. Click on the hyperlink of employee id to have a look over complete profile.
5. Edit button will be displayed, if login user is same as the searched one.
6. Edit the required fields.
7. Click on “Save” to save the details.
Abbreviations:-

IFD:- Identified For Deployment


GET:- Graduate Engineer Trainee
HAB:- Hard Allocated Buffer
AFD:- Available For Deployment
SOW:- Statement of Work
LWD: Last Working Date
w.r.t: With Respect To
