INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
Please read the following instructions carefully before filling in the form:
1. Applicants are requested to fill in and submit TWO application forms.
2. All sections of the application form are to be completed by applicant. If any section is left incomplete,
the application will not be processed. If a section does not apply to the applicant please submit a N/A
return
3. Only applications duly filled and accompanied by all necessary documents together with the application fee will
be considered. The following documents/material should be included:
• Two passport size photos;
• Certified copies of original education certificates and transcripts (see Section E). The original certificates have
to be produced on arrival in Malta;
• Certified English translations of certificates and transcripts, the originals of which are not in English (see
Section E);
• English Language Proficiency Certificate (see Section G);
• Photocopy of ID or passport (mainly pages with personal and passport details);
• Non-refundable application fee of €93 (+ late application fee if applicable). Information regarding

4. Section A: In this section, you are required to indicate the course you intend to follow. For this purpose you will
need to indicate on the application form both the course code and the course title. Information about the course
can be found at [Link] .

5. Applicants are advised to indicate a second preference course in case their application to join the course
selected as their first preference is not accepted.
6. Students awaiting examination results are to indicate this in Section E of the application form. Applicants should
submit the grades achieved to the International Admissions Office by the end of September prior to the start of
the Academic Year for which the application is being made.
7. By signing and submitting this application form the candidate confirms that s/he has read and carefully taken
