General Instructions
Candidates must report at the Interview Venue 30 minutes prior to the designated time of
interview.
During the interview, the candidates must present
1. the original and one photocopy of their valid photo-id proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving
License, Voter Id, Passport, PAN) which they submitted at the time of application.
2. originals and one set of photocopies of their academic records (e.g., marksheets and
certificates of board examinations);
3. originals and one set of photocopies of all supporting documents (e.g., Category
certificate, PwD certificate, EWS certificate, Domicile certificate etc.) submitted at the
time of application.

Travel Support: All outstation candidates belonging to EWS, SC/ST and PwD categories will
be provided travel support for attending interview through reimbursement of two-way
sleeper/second class railway fare and/or bus fare between their home station and the place of
interview by the shortest route, on submission of the original or photocopy (as applicable) of
their railway and/or bus tickets.
Eligibility for travel support of candidates will be subject to verification of the relevant
certificates at the time of interview.
For reimbursement of travel expenses, which will be made via bank transfer, the candidate
must provide, at the time of interview, particulars of his/her bank account, including Account
name and number, Bank name, branch, address and IFSC.
A limited number of shared, on campus accommodation is available for outstation candidates
appearing for interviews. It may be noted that the accommodation will be arranged for a
maximum of two days and one night only. Interested candidates are requested to contact the
Dean of Studies Office, by e-mail at

Interview” as the subject of the mail, at least seven days in advance of the interview date.
