Rosendin Electric – Regional Safety Director (August 2017 – September 2022)
Regional Safety Director for a 235,000-square-foot data center with
four generators, backup generators on a 68-megawatt system. Provided leadership to field staff responsible for
installing equipment and building the project. Provided safety support for the commissioning process, that included
validating training of qualified persons participating in work requiring energization or startup of equipment.
Responsible for the leadership and oversight of cross functional teams, including safety team on assigned to each
project. Daily interaction with General Contractors, Owner’s, and Subcontractors. Conducted investigations on all
incidents and accidents concerning property damage and or injured workers.
Responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to drive safety. Lead mentoring program for site safety
teams to ensure alignment and collaboration with frontline leaders. Review MOPS and walk down equipment.

Helix Electric – Project Safety Manager (July 2016 – August 2017)


Served as a Project Safety Manager for a 35 story high-rise construction
project consisting of core and shell, and finished penthouse condo. Managed safety for the electrical installation work,
including switchgear. Managed three safety professionals.

Intel – GC Safety Consultant (August 2015 – June 2016)
Managed all safety and supported safety for all subcontractors on site. Responsibilities included hands on coaching
and mentorship for site workers and management teams to create an atmosphere of cohesiveness between the
Owner, General Contractor, and Subcontractors. Worked with cross functional teams to ensure safety on the project.
Work also consisted of Owner’s Representative work for Apple Data Center in California.

Served as a Safety Manager for data center projects located in Nebraska and Missouri. Provided direct safety
oversight of electrical crews performing electrical installation and energization activities.

Safety Superintendent for a low voltage company. Provided direct safety oversight for workers to ensure effective
execution of company safety policies and procedures. Responsibilities also included review and verification of
training for workers

Provided oversight for the ORM safety meetings and toolbox talks. Implemented safety audits, evaluated employees
