4.8 FUNCTIONALITY OF THE BARANGAY NUTRITION COMMITTEE (BNC)

CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that BARANGAY MAHARLIKA WEST, TAGAYTAY CITY, CAVITE


has submitted a Barangay Nutrition Action Plan (BNAP) Accomplishment Report for
CY 2023 indicating either of the following:

a) At least 50% accomplishment of the physical targets in the BNAP


OR
b) At least 50% fund utilization rate of the CY 2023 BNAP Budget.

This Certification is issued in support to the assessment, validation and certification


phases of the abovesaid barangay for the CY 2024 Seal of Good Local Governance
for Barangay (SGLGB) Implementation.
