Download & Install Fonts (Must)

Please before you open the template make sure have installed the fonts, you can
download them from links written inside the included “[Link]” file.

How to Install Fonts (Windows):

Extract the files you have downloaded.


Select the font files (.ttf, .otf or .fon) then Right-click —› Install
Under any version of Windows.

How to Install Fonts (MAC):

Double-click the font file —› “Install font” button at the bottom of the preview.
Under any version of Mac OS X:
Put the files into /Library/Fonts (for all users), or into /Users/Your_username/Library/Fonts
(for you only).
Adobe
id InDesign
After extracting the downloaded zip file you will have files in
.indd and .Idml this means you need Adobe InDesign
installed on your system to open it. If you have an older version
please open the .Idml file.
Place an Image into a frame

Use one of the following methods:

1 Select a path or frame, and then choose Edit —› Paste Into.

2 If you have the image already inside the template Select the Image then from menu bar
choose Edit —› Copy —› Use the Paste Into place the image inside the frame.

To Fit Image inside the frame

1 Select the image frame.

2 Choose Object —› Fitting and the following option:

—› Fill Frame Proportionally this Resizes content to fill the entire frame while preserv-
ing the content’s proportions. The frame’s dimensions are not changed. If the content and
the frame have different proportions, some of the content will be cropped by the bounding
box of the frame.
To Move Image Position

To move imported content without moving the


frame (that is, to pan content behind its frame),
drag the content Grabber. You can also use
the Direct Selection tool to select and drag
the image.

Change Template Colors

Edit the Colors


You can change any color from the Swatches by
using the Swatch Options dialog box. Additional
options are available when editing mixed ink
Swatches and mixed ink groups.

1 In the Swatches panel, select a swatch, and do


one of the following:

Double-click the swatch. Or Right Click


the Swatch & Choose Swatch Options in the
Swatches panel menu.

2 Adjust settings as desired, and click OK to save,


this will apply new color to the whole document.
Adobe
PS Photoshop
After extracting the downloaded zip file you will have files in
.PSD format you need Photoshop CC Version installed on
your system to open the template.
Working with layers

After opening the PSD file, if you are


seeing an empty page that's because
the layers are hidden, to unhide the
layers click the Eye Symbol beside
the Group Layer.

Paste an Image into a Placeholder

1 Select the Smart Object layer in the Layers panel. Usually named
as "Inser Your Image"

2 Choose Layer —› Smart Objects —› Edit Contents.


Or you can simply double-click the Smart Objects layer
thumbnail in the Layers panel.

3 The Smart Object opens Seprated Tab in Photoshop.

4 Insert and adjust your Image inside the opened Smart Object Tab.

5 Choose File —› Save to incorporate the edits.

6 Close the tab.

7 Return to your Photoshop document, which contains your Smart


Object. you should see the placeholder updated with your added
image

Word

After extracting the downloaded zip file you will have


files in .DOCX format you need Office 2016 or later
installed on your system to open the template.
Insert a picture into a shape

1 Click the shape for which you want to add a picture.

2 On the Format tab, under the Shape Styles group,


click the arrow next to Shape Fill.

3 Click the Picture option, and then click Insert.

Note: You cannot move the position of the picture inside the shape.

Insert a picture into placeholder image

In the folder or location that the contains the picture you want to use, click the picture file,
and then click Insert.
To Crop an Image & Fit to the Placeholder

When you crop an image, part of the picture is removed. Cropping


can be useful if you’re working with an image that’s too big and you
want to focus on only part of it.

1 Select the image you want to crop. The Format tab will appear.

2 From the Format tab, click the Crop command.

3 Cropping handles will appear on the sides and corners of the
image. Click and drag any handle to crop the image. Because the
cropping handles are near the resizing handles, be careful not to
drag a resizing handle by mistake.

4 To confirm, click the Crop command again. The image will be
cropped.
Change Document Colors

To Create New Theme Color

1. From Design tab, click Colors, and then

click Customize Colors.

22. Click the samll arrow next to the theme


color you want to change (for example,
Accent 1), and then pick a color under
Theme Colors.

33. To create your own color, click More


Colors, and then pick a color from the
Standard tab, or adjust the RGB values

44. In the Sample panel, preview the changes


that you made.

55. Repeat this for all the other accents you want
to change, then click Save.
