NOTICE OF DRAWING STATUS

Overall Status: -Provisionally approved

Specific Comments:

1. Ensure that Circuit Breakers/MCCBs installed before Tariff Metering shall have provision for
padlocking in its OFF position (Refer attached copy of letter Ref. HCS/1076/2002 dated 19/10/02)
2. Refer owner's U/T letter Ref. ....... dated 11/10/2022 for the meters installed on the side wall of the
villa confirming unrestricted access to meter location.
3. Supply release shall be subject to installation of A/C equipment light fittings and other
machine/equipment with individual power factor compensation to achieve and maintain the overall
PF at or above 0.9 (lagging) as proposed in the drawings
4. Ensure to provide well-segregated and identified wiring for each ELCB group/section in the
proposed DB/s.
5. Details of additional loads/extensions shall be subject to DEWA`s review/approval, further
inspection by DEWA as and when being connected to the spare feeders in the proposed and/or
existing MDB/s.

General Comments:
1 Recheck/reconfirm the site routing of the Main Service cable/s to finalize the proposed cable entry to the
Electrical room/cupboard and/ MDB/KWH meter(s) enclosure, with Connection Services Department
([Link]) in DEWA prior to commencement of work.
2 Ensure the following in respect of CT metering - Sealing lugs on the covers of the CT terminals voltage
tapping & fuse carriers in addition to Meters/terminals for CT Meters
3 Submit details of installation of Under Voltage (U.V.) relays for Air-Conditioning Units within the project.
4 Recheck and ensure to provide appropriate earth leakage protection as per the individual/systems loads
requirements.
5 Ratings of proposed fixed appliances (such as Washing machines, Dishwashers, Driers, Freezers, Water
heaters, Cookers etc.)shall be subject to submission of technical documents for confirmation.
