ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT ROLE PLAY SCRIPT
Scene 1: The new hired employees
(Abuda rush inside the building. She saw people lining up)
Abuda: (approaching an employee) Hi! I'm Rensel the new employee
Baldicañas: Shut up and Line Up
(Abuda's line up besides Baldicañas. The employees bowed their heads as the CEO president and her
secretary entered the building. When the two already passed by, all the employees go back to their
tables,, except for Abuda whose mind was still processing)
Abuda: What's with the bowing?(Confused) Does this always happened?
Duran: You must be Ms. Abuda the new hires employees?
Abuda:(nods enthusiastic) Yes! I am
Duran: Hi I am Rosila the team leader of Kingdom Company Employee's Association or known as kcea. I
will be happy to guide you to your table. Please follow me
(Duran lead the way leading Abuda to her new table)
Duran: This is your table(Abuda sit down) By the way, I would like you to meet Angielyn and
Anjanette ,your co-employees.
Baldicañas:(roll eyes) We meet already
Felizarta: Hello! I'm Angielyn
Abuda: Hi I'm Rensel
Duran:(clear throat) This is the draft of your job. Your schedule is written on it. I will be looking forward
with your cooperation in this company. Good luck on your first day( Duran left the room and go back to
her table)
Abuda:(excited) Wow! I really can't believe that I'm going to work in this high class company
Baldicañas:(rude)You better not messed up or you'll get dump by the company
Felizarta: Ohhh don't listen to her . You have me , I can accompany you through your journey to this
company.
Abuda: Ohhh thank you.
Scene 2: The applicant
Gutierrez: Hi I'm concepcion. I'm here to make an appointment to the CEO president for a job interview
Lumactod: Good Morning ma'am. I understand your concern. Just a minute. I will inform the secretary
(Phone Rings)
(The secretary picks up the phone)
Lumactod: Hello ma'am, there's someone who would like to make an appointment with the CEO. Shall I
bring her in?
( Loberiano,the secretary stand up and walk to the CEO's office)
Loberiano: MRs. Kia ,a new applicant is waiting in the ground floor for a job interview. Shall we bring her
in?
Arceño: Yes Of course, why not?
(Loberiano walks to her sit and place the telephone to her ears)
Loberiano: (authoritave voice) bring her in!
Lumactod:(smiles) The CEO would like to do a job interview with you right away. Please follow me.
Gutierrez:(feeling excited) really? Thank goodness
(Lumactod knocks at the Secretary's office and open the door)
Lumactod: Please go in. The secretary is waiting for you inside
(Gutierrez enters the room,while Lumactod leaves and go back to her sit)
(Loberiano stand up the moment she sight the new applicant)
Loberiano: Good morning! You must be the new applicant. I am Venice the CEO'S secretary. The CEO is
actually waiting for you inside (The Secretary open the CEO'S room and let Gutierrez enter)
(She followed Gutierrez inside and stand beside the CEO)
Arceño: Good morning I am A very busy person. I want this job interview to be done as soon as possible.
So you do what I say and answer what I ask, you got that? (Gutierrez nods) Do you have a resume with
you?
Gutierrez: Ohh yes sirr I mean ma'am,here it is( handed the resume)
Arceño: (amaze)You're a graduate of oxford University? (Gutierrez nods) A cum laude? Oh my! You are
so very hired. Congratulations! You got the job(shakeshand) you will be the new manager.
Secretary: Mrs. Kia the board of directors and other sales representative manager are all waiting for you
at the meeting room.
Arceño: Thank you for reminding me about the meeting
Scene 3: The Current Problems
Baldicañas: Oh my Gosh! The company's sales has go down . This is the managers fault for not taking my
ideas seriously
Felizarta: Yeah right
Abuda: But the kingdom Company is a high class company. How is that possible?
Felizarta: It was because of the manager
Baldicañas: But luckily, he got fired after being caught faking the receipts and other documents
Duran:(phone rings) hello ma'am? I understand I'll inform them right away.
Duran:(walks to the other employees) Get ready! We will have a meeting in 5 minutes. The CEO, board
of directors and the new manager will attend so make sure that all of your concerns will be shared
during the meeting so that the top management can address the issues properly.
Felizarta: Okay! Got it
Scene 4: The meeting
Loberiano: A sudden decrease of the sales had occurred after the fake auditing and minor mistakes
made by the old manager. As you can see we had lost a lot of finance, no profit had been gained . From
99% down to 10%
Abuda: That is one serious problem
Felizarta: It is better if we take an immediate actions for this
Arceño: Anyone has a suggestion? I'd be willing to give incentives
Gutierrez: Oh wow!
Daan: How about hiring more employees. I think we are understaffed
Baldicañas: I quiet agree
Duran: No, What we need to do is to gain the trust of customers. How about providing some promos
and free vouchers.
Loberiano: That's a good idea . We'll consider that one
Loberiano: Not bad! We need a new marketing strategies for this, But before that we'll assign
employees again on some specific task. Please be all responsible
Abuda: To make sure everything is organized and well prepared. A new layout plan we'll help
Duran: Not bad
Arceño: I'm looking forward to it make sure not to make mistakes. It's nice to see all your presence here.
Secretary: The meeting ends here. Employees you may go back to your tables now.
