considered wet.
b. For wet snow or dry snow use equivalent depth refer to 8.1.2-5-3.
c. For equivalent contaminant depth less than 3 mm, the runway is considered wet.
d. Takeoff and landing is not allowed with contaminant equivalent depth of more than 13 mm.
e. RCCs 0 and 1 may be upgraded to 3 by the airport authorities under certain conditions, in this case wind limitations associated with RCC 3 are appli-
cable.
f. The maximum takeoff and landing wind components include gusts.
