Social media plays an important part when it comes to
communicating and learning new information. This
project’s aim is to investigate to which extent does social
media affect one’s relationships. An online survey was
made targeting people from different backgrounds in

Introduction
It is evident that social media is an indispensable tool for modern humanity when it
comes to socialising with others. Recently humans experienced a lockdown that as a
result, increased the time one would spend online and social media was the only way
one would communicate with others outside of their closest family members. The
project aims to analyse, understand and outline to which extent social media affected
relationships both interpersonal and intrapersonal.
