Task 1
Who is my portfolio aimed at and what is the purpose?
I am applying for an apprenticeship, so I made a portfolio aimed at the Versarien Technology as
I heard they are looking to recruit people. I am going to make a portfolio with the purpose of
showing the company of what I am capable to do and what I have done in the past, and more
information's about me to engage them hiring me, they will be looking at all the units I have
done in my course work and will be having the opportunity to look at the actual work I did and
submitted.
Wireframe
The first of the 8 slides is going to be about me and who I am, then the other 7 slides are going to
be the same layout but with different topics, which means every slide will be the same but with
some added picks of my own work, the only thing that will be changing is the content of each
slide but with quite the same layout, on the top there is going to be all the bottoms for each unit
then underneath what I have learned and next to it my work.
Timeline
I am aiming to finish it this week before Monday, then I will proceed by making the actual
portfolio by adding all my done work and some texts with it of what I learned in my level 2
course.

ALTERNATIVE DESIGN
This is my alternative design, it has a different layout and less photos, almost none, I did not like
it because it doesn’t look tidy enough to me, and I don’t have enough space to write down as the
left side of my page is all occupied, it does not give me enough space to add pictures.
JUSTIFICATION
The reason I choose the design I am going to use is because the layout is better for me to add
more information's, so I have more space to add images and texts, then the layout is way tidier
and cleaner, the user will have a better experience to navigate through the website as each button
is divided at a good distance by each button.
Then the first slide is going to contain my pic as well to show the audience what i look like, and
every time you will change page it will be obvious on what page you are because the title will be
the unit which will improve the user performance.
