My name is Enock Mumba, I am a student at Midlands State University studying towards a
Bachelor of Commerce Business Management Honours Degree. I am carrying out a study on the
topic entitled “Impact of employee training on performance of SMEs: A case of SMEs in
Mbare Industrial Site” in fulfillment of the degree program. The attached questionnaire is an
important survey designed to collect data regarding the topic. The findings of this research are
anticipated to provide insights to the relationship between employee training and SME
perrfomance. Your taking part in the study is voluntary, the data you provide will be kept
confidential and you are allowed to withdraw at any time if you so wish. There will be no
