OTHER NOTATIONS

OPTIONAL ITEMS
I. Electricity Charge (Lights and Sounds, Photo booth and such that will consume electricity)
Accredited Supplier Php 5,000.00
Non- Accredited Supplier Php 10,000.00

II. Photoshoot Fee inside Plaza Area (Not allowed Inside the Casas) Php 30,000.00
***With access to all available areas, no changing of clothes

III. Basic Sound System and Projector & Projector screen Php 5,000.00
Inclusions:
1 Speaker, 1 Mixer, 2 Microphones, 1 Projector & 1 Screen
***Las Casas will provide 1 personnel as Tech Support only to assist during set-up and in case of
trouble shooting. Guest must provide personnel to play the songs and/or videos.

IV. Food Tasting (limited 2 persons only)


Allowed from Mondays to Thursdays only, except holidays and long weekends, between 11:00 AM
to 3:00 PM. Please advise us at least one (1) week prior scheduled food tasting, you may choose
only 1 Set of Menu. Any additional item shall be charged at Php 750.00 per order (good for 2
persons)
Additional person for the food tasting shall be charged at Php 1,000.00 nett per person.

V. SUPPLIERS’ MEALS:
Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar offers special rate of Php 350.00 per person per meal (Breakfast,
Lunch or Dinner). Composed of 1 rice, 1 meat, 1 vegetable, 1 dessert and 1 bottled water, to be
served as packed. Menu is chef’s discretion.

Bringing in of outside food for Suppliers’ Meals are not allowed, a corkage fee of Php 500.00 per
person per meal shall apply.

VI. BEVERAGE REQUIREMENTS:


All drinks ordered shall be charged separately on a per consumption basis, unless, otherwise
specified. Please advise us billing arrangement accordingly.

All drinks ordered shall be charged individually on a cash and carry basis only unless signed by
authorized signatories.

VII. PICA-PICA REQUIREMENTS:
Below is the menu for Pica-pica, prior arrangement is required:

OTHER NOTATIONS:
• No pencil booking, first to confirm basis
• All packages include complimentary access to do POSTNUP SHOOT in Tea Room, Garden
Areas and pool area. No changing of clothes & subject to availability of the venue
• EXCLUSIVITY RATE of Php 1,800,000.00 shall apply if guest wanted the exclusive use of the
venue.
• Available Time Slots for Events: Lunch: 10am to 2pm & Dinner: 4pm to 8pm
• Payment Terms:
o Intimate Wedding Package: Php 50,000.00 Goodwill Deposit (non-refundable)
o Classic Wedding Package: Php 100,000.00 Goodwill Deposit (non-refundable)
o Signature/Grand Wedding Package: Php 250,000.00 Goodwill Deposit (non-refundable)
o Remaining Balance shall be payable into two schedules:
▪ 1st 50% of the remaining balance: 30 days after paying the goodwill deposit
▪ 2nd 50% of the remaining balance + all other add-ons: 60 days before the event
• Standard Ingress time: 2 to 3 hours before the event. Request for early ingress is subject to
availability of the venue
• Venue extension (non-consumable) are subject to availability of the venue
• COVID 19 Policy: Allowed Venue Capacity are subject to guidelines issued by the
government & Guest are subject to thermal scanning, submission of health declaration,
social distancing & wearing of face mask. Face shield is optional only.
• Outside caterers are STRICTLY not allowed. Guests can bring their own suppliers such as
Stylist/Florist, Wedding Coordinators, Photo/Video & other suppliers without additional charge.
Las Casas can also provide a list of Accredited Suppliers upon request
• Any FOOD & BEVERAGES brought from outside (e.g. Grazing Table, Mobile Bar and such)
are subject to corresponding corkage fees
• For ocular schedule, we are available from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm. Prior schedule is
required
• Parking Space: Limited only, first come first serve basis
