SS7 Input 3-7 - Markup - Adding

The document discusses different types of building special shapes that can be specified in modeling software, including node movement along axes, setting nodes back from reference positions, and moving nodes up or down from standard floor levels. Details are provided on how to specify each type of movement, including selecting nodes and inputting displacement parameters. Cautions are also mentioned regarding how node movements can affect structural analysis results if floor rigidity is not properly accounted for.

Narrowing down the steel list

When selecting a steel cross section, you can enter part of the size and narrow down the list. If you enter 00 for 2, the steel size that matches 200 is
listed. You can narrow down the value and the value to be entered by separating the value of the double threshold with (dots) in order. Soot

• Regular list • Narrow down with 200 • Narrow down in the order of 200 → 12 → 22
[Enter] 200[Enter] 200. 12.22[En t er]

※ The actual color does not change.

The input value is regarded as the target of the narrowing even if it is a partial match. For example, if you enter 2, not only 2, but also 1 2 ·
125 · 200, etc. If there is no size corresponding to the input value, a normal list is displayed. Soot dt1

Large beams and codes are plotted.

For some dummy materials, the girder is drawn with a broken line, and the sign is written as "G---". However, in the standard hierarchy,
plotting is performed with the same solid lines as in the general hierarchy. When members are arranged on the same axis where they do not
intersect, they are recognized as girders spanning multiple spans.
• Override and place on the placed girder and override the sign.
When the sign for which the cross section data is unregistered is placed, a message is displayed and the cross section data before the change can
be copied.
• For columns, girders, walls, and floors, the sign can also be selected and arranged in the [Cross Section] sheet.
• It can be placed by the keyboard.

How to take span

Let the sides of the rectangle bounding the target floor be the full span, and specify the distance or ratio based on the lower left corner of the rectangle.
[7.10. If the angle of the binder is specified in Binder-Invert Angle], the circumscribed rectangle will also change depending on the angle.
For example, when placing a binder that is orthogonal to an inclined girder, specify it by including the specified beam on one side and assuming
that the sides of the rectangle that circumscribes the target floor are all spans.
For a floor with an incline, the distance of the binder is entered for the length projected on the horizontal plane.
