Sangguniang Barangay Member S. 2024 PURSUANT TO RA 9482 TO CONTROL AND
ELIMINATE HUMAN AND ANIMAL RABIES, PRESCRIBE
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND TO
APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFORE

Balmelero WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Sangguniang Barangay of
Sangguniang Barangay Member Barangay San Andres, San Mateo, Isabela to safeguard the integrity of
its territory and well-being of its people, their health and, their
environment;
WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Barangay of San Andres
Stanley G. Balmelero strongly supports all different programs implemented by the national
Sangguniang Barangay Member
and local government units;
WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Barangay of San Andres, in
order to fully implement the aforementioned laws and code and attain
Warlito J. Vicente its objective, after having organized shall deemed the necessity to
Sangguniang Barangay Member concur with the Executive Order No. 004 S. 2024;
NOW THEREFORE, upon the unanimous accord of the
Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay San Andres, San Mateo, Isabela;

OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to CONCUR with Executive Order No. 004 S. 2024 to
control and eliminate human and animal rabies,prescribe penalties for violation thereof and appropriate funds
therefore;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Municipal
Mayor, MLGOO, MENRO, MAO, and all other concerned for information and file.
ADOPTED, unanimously in Barangay San Andres, this 6th day of January, in the year of Our Lord,
Two Thousand and Twenty-Four.
