Course Objectives:
The objective is to develop understanding about the practical aspects of operations strategy, selection of process and infrastructure development.
The aim of this course is to make the students familiar with the changes required in the operational strategy with changing environment.

Pre-requisites: The student should have a preliminary understanding of Operations Management & Economic Analysis
