Introduction:
The rapid growth of the global population has led to an increased demand for
efficient healthcare systems. To address this demand and enhance the healthcare
experience for both patients and medical professionals, the Online Medical
Management System has been developed. This system offers a comprehensive
solution for patients, doctors, and administrators, streamlining the process of
medical appointments, prescriptions, and overall healthcare management.
Objective:
The primary objective of the Online Medical Management System is to provide
a user-friendly platform that allows patients to easily book appointments online,
access prescriptions, and manage their healthcare records. Simultaneously, it
facilitates doctors in efficiently managing their schedules, reviewing
appointments, and maintaining accurate prescription records. The system also
empowers administrators to oversee and optimize the overall healthcare process.

Use-Cases Details:
Patient:
Out-patient Registration: Users can register as out-patients, providing necessary
details for identification.
Book Appointment: Patients can schedule appointments online based on their
preferred date and time.
View Prescription: Access to prescriptions, including medicines and treatment
details, is available for patients.
Doctor:
View One Day Pending Appointment: Doctors can efficiently manage their
daily schedules by viewing pending appointments for the day.
Change Appointment Status: Doctors have the authority to change the status of
appointments from pending to either done or rejected.
Fill Prescription Record: During patient consultations, doctors can efficiently
fill prescription records, capturing essential medical details.
Admin:
Appointment Assignment: Administrators can assign doctors to patients based
on health problems and the doctor's available time.
View Appointment Status: The system allows administrators to view the status
of appointments—whether they are done, rejected, or pending.
User Approval Management: Admins can change the approvalStatus of users
from pending to approved or disapproved, specifically for the doctor role.
View Users: Administrators can view users based on their approval status—
pending, approved, or disapproved.
