B. Terms and Conditions:
1. Delivery Basis
Immediate after releasing of the PO. Prior intimation before 3 days should be required to deploy the
Team to site.
2. Order Placement

3. Taxes & Duties
All applicable taxes excluding GST 18% are extra as per prevailing rates as on date of invoicing.
4. Terms of Payment & Conditions
Payment terms -
10% Advance payment along with the PO.
100% of against the submission of the bill in progressive manner against our RA bill.
(RA Bill shall be raised according to the percentage completion of work in the category of
the job).
Labour payment per head for the doing other works not mentioned in the PO .per labour Rs 800.
Tower parts Material seggration is extra on labour pro rata basis .based on the labour attendance as
certified by your site engineer or site in charge.
Different Batches will be mobilising for taking up the work based on the clearance of the work fronts.
5. Validity of offer
This offer is valid for 15 days from the date of submission, however shall be discussed
During order if the process delayed beyond 15 days.
