Pursuant to the selection made on the basis of the Combined Competitive Examination-2022 and as recommended by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of Ms. Syed Jaasirah Syedain D/o Syed Sibtus Syedain R/o 32 Lane 4 Shaheen Colony Wanabal Natipora Chanapora District-Srinagar PIN- 190005, under ST category, to the Junior Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in the pay level-8 (47600-15100) with immediate effect. The appointee shall be on probation for a period of two years during which she shall undergo such training and pass the Departmental Examination as prescribed under rules. The candidate shall report to the Director General, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPA&RD) for undergoing prescribed training as per the Training Policy notified vide Government Order No. 916-GAD of 2019 dated 9.8.2019. AA The appointee shall be allowed to join only on roduction of the following certificates in original:-(i) Qualification Certificate (ii) Date of Birth Certificate (iii) Domicile Certificate (iv) Relevant Category Certificate (v) Any other certificate required under rules. In the event of failure to join within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the date of issuance of the appointment order, she shall forego her right to appointment which shall be deemed to have been cancelled abinitio without any further notice. The salary of the appointee shall be drawn and disbursed to her only after the receipt of the satisfactory reports in respect of genuineness of Qualification/Date of Birth/Relevant Category Certificates and subject to production of an affidavit (as per Annexure-I) to this order. In case, the candidate is adversely reported upon by the verifying agency or any certificate is found not to be genuine/valid, she shall have no claim to hold the post to which appointed and her appointment shall automatically stands cancelled without any further notice. If the candidate has taken loan for self-employment from DIC/Employment Department, to be ascertained from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment & Counseling Centre of the domicile District, she shall relinquish the proprietorship of unit/enterprise and also stakes, if any, in such self-employment unit/enterprise before joining the Government service. She shall be required to repay the entire loan liability in suitable EMIs to be worked out by the DDO concerned from her salary. DDO concerned shall obtain an affidavit from the concerned appointee regarding both relinquishment of proprietorship and stakes, if any, in such a self- employment unit/ enterprise and recovery to be made and also personally monitor its recovery. ‘The inter-se seniority of the appointee in the Junior ile of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service shall be determined in terms of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.The appointment/allocation of the candidate to the Junior Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petition(s), if any, pending adjudication before any Competent Court of law.
