Common Issues Basic Troubleshooting

a. Make sure you are connected to the internet.


b. Make sure speed requirement is achieved (5Mbps DL, 2Mbps UL)
Cannot connect to VPN
c. Temporarily use other source of internet connection to identify if it is
an ISP issue.
Tools are not loading a. Make sure you are connected to VPN.
