Dear Madame:

Warmest Greetings!

The Barangay Local Government of Barangay Sandor, Balo-I, Lanao del Norte recognizes that
the basic infrastructure and facilities spur economic growth and sustainable development, as well
as provide effective and efficient delivery of services to its residents and constituents. However,
due to pandemic, our local economy are in dire straits and have resulted in the most dramatic
declines in our revenues, As such, the Barangay Sandor is in need of robust support from national
government to implement our identified priority projects.

Very timely that the Department of Budget and Management has issued with DBM Local Budget
Circular No. 155 dated February 15, 2024 regarding the Guidelines on the Release and
Utilization of the Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local
Government Units under the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act No.
11975. The undersigned signifies our intention to avail the aforementioned program.

In view thereof, the undersigned humbly request to RD Rudylia C. Parell., Department of


Budget and Management (DBM) 10 Regional Director for financial assistance to support the
following project/program, to wit:

1. Multi-Purpose Building - Sitio Cabasaran, Sandor, Balo-I, Lanao del


Norte.
2. Farm to market road - Sitio Cabasaran, Sitio daduan, Sitio Pagalongan,
Sandor, Balo-I, LDN.
3. Water System - Sandor, Balo-I, Lanao del Norte.

Your support and approval shall be highly appreciated.
