Q1 : Draw an ERD for the relational database schema using
terms( cardinalities and relationship) : Construct an ER diagram for
the car insurance company whose customers own one or more cars
each. Each car has associated with it zero to any number of records
accidents

Q 2 : Find the given table is in which Normal Form(Give Reason), Identify there
is which kind of dependency in given table and solve it.
Answer : There is no repeating groups in this table so it is in 1NF(First Normal Form) . There is functional
dependency among the attribute EMP_NO and EMP_Name because if we know the value of EMP_NO
we can determine the value of Emp_Name. Similary for Salary Slip NO and Emp_NO ,if we know the
Emp_NO we can determine a particular employer salary through it.
