0 INTRODUCTION
SULAM stands for Service-Learning Malaysia- University for Society. It is an initiative
by Ministry of Education to address the Shift 1 of Malaysia Education Blueprint 2015-
2025 (higher Education).
A course-based, credit-bearing educational experience in which the student participates in
a structures service activity that meets identified community needs, reflects on the service
activity and experiences to achieve desired learning outcomes, in such a way as to gain
deeper understanding of course content, a broader appreciation of the discipline,
enhanced sense of personal values and civic responsibility.

2.0 OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT


1. Analyse the impact of (discipline based) solutions in societal and environmental
contexts
2. Practice discipline-based knowledge in solving community problem or issues
3. Analyse a variety of problems that call for action
4. Apply digital or numeracy skills in solving community problem
5. Propose ethical principles and professional ethics and responsibilities and norms of
(discipline-based) practice.
6. Demonstrate collaborative work with community
7. Demonstrate leadership qualities
8. Demonstrate ability to manage projects in multidisciplinary environments.

3.0 ORGANIZER
Organize by student from group MAC2206K, Faculty of Accountancy, UiTM Malacca
Branch Alor Gajah

4.0 LOCATION AND METHOD OF COMMUNICATION


Muhajirin Industries Sdn Bhd (MISB)
19, Jalan Jenaris 2A, Taman Jenaris, 43000, Kajang, Selangor
Due to Covid-19, we will do the interview session by using Google Meet Platform.

5.0 DATE AND DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME


7 June until 16 July 2021 approximately the required time that provided to complete the
task.
6.0 PROGRAMME’S OUTCOME
We hope that we will able to gain inside view of the industry and gain knowledge from
the project. It will help to expand our experience and use our knowledge in order to help
the community. In the same time, by doing this task it will improve our problem-solving
skills and sharpen our ability to give out better plan or recommendation as a student.

This SULAM program is a compulsory assignment that need to been done in order to
complete our subject Integrate Case Study (MAF 671). We hope that the project will be
successful done and provide us with countless benefits and experience that can later be
use in our future career.
