(MINOR)      Sub-CUSIP      NUMBERS      are      found      by      obtaining      the      (MAJOR)      MAIN      CUSIP      NUMBER      for      that  
Instrument    first.    You    must    obtain    at    least    1    (MAJOR)    MAIN    CUSIP    NUMBER    per    Instrument    if    you    want    a  
(MINOR)    Sub-CUSIP    NUMBER.  
 
We    will    provide    you    the    following    information:  
 
•        The  CUSIP    Number.  
•        The  CLASS.  
•        The  Name    of    the    FUND    that    the    Instrument    is    being    traded    in.  
•        The  Inception    Date    of    the    FUND.  
•        The  Net    Assets    in    the    FUND.  

Having    a    Main    CUSIP    NUMBER    and    1    or    2    Sub-CUSIP    NUMBERS    can    be    very    powerful    information.    This  
information        can        disclose        the        truth        about        the        account        (Negotiable        Instrument)        which        has        been  
created/traded      (ie)      from      your      Social      Security      Number,      Bank      Loan,      Mortgage, Credit  Card Account,  
Drivers    License,    Marriage    License,    etc.    If    there    has    been    extortion    or    kidnapping    of    your    credit  
and      or      their      engaging      in      monetary      transactions      in      property      derived      from      unlawful      activity      having      this  
information    can    put    you    in    an    empowering    position.  
 
We    are    not    for    hire,    we    do    not    work    for    wages    or    income    nor    do    we    exchange    our    time    for    Federal    Reserve

For      Credit      Cards      send      us      a      copy      of      a      statement      that      shows      your      name,      the      Banks      name      and      the  
loan/account    number.  
 
For    Licenses    such    as    Drivers    or    Marriage,    Fishing,    Hunting    or    Voters    Registration    Cards    please    include    the  
State    and    the    License    number    as    it    reads    on    the    License    itself.    Make    a    legible    copy    and    send    it    with    your  
order.  
 
For    Social    Security    numbers    please    provide    the    number    on    the    front    of    the    card,    not    the    back.        For    a    Birth  
Certificate    please    send    us    a    legible    photo    copy    of    the    front    of    the    Birth    Certificate    so    that    we    can    read    all  
the    numbers    on    the    Certificate.  
 
All      information      needs      to      accompany      your      donation      when      mailing.      Your      information      is      never      shared      or  
distributed    and    is    always    kept    confidential.    We    do    not    need    your    name,    address    or    phone    number.    We
