INTRODUCTION
ABOUT P200-2
P200-2 is specially designed to optimize and automate internal transportation of industrial setting and capable of integrating
with over 10 different kinds of top operational modules to easily handle with transportation tasks of manufacturing process,
warehouse logistics and security inspection process.
P200-2 is based on laser SLAM’s hybrid positioning and navigation
technologies. It achieves repetitive indoor positioning precision at ±10 mm and
allows to dock with various of surfaces.
P200-2 is equipped with two safety laser lidar with 360° coverage reaching
multilevel safety and security. It meets requirements of all kinds of industrial
situations and ensure longtime stable and reliable operation.
Superior battery management system design allows automatic charging and
quick battery replacement and 7*24 hours continuous run time.
Easy to deploy the robot and able to collaborate with other robots to complete
tasks together. Integrated with self-developed YOUIFLEET intelligent operating
system to plan and dispatch multiple robots (Max.500pcs) at a time.
The whole flow control of workshop logistics, together with the self-developed
YOUITMS intelligent logistics control system, can be integrated with WMS, MES
and other third-party customer systems to help enterprises achieve flexible
production and digital management.
Electrical and safety interfaces for top module integration: Top compartment
contains GPIO, ethernet, WLAN, power and auxilary safety interfaces required
for cobots and top module integration, offering versatility for solution
customisation.
