I hope this letter finds you in good health, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the
opportunity to visit Canada. I Sweta Sirohi resident of Delhi, India. Am hold an Indian Passport No.
B6466574. I want to take a trip to your beautiful country for 5 days only. My expected travel dates will
be from 1st Aug 2024 to 5th Aug 2024.
The main purpose of traveling is tourism. I have travelled to many states in India but this is my first
international trip. I want to explore the beauty of nature, historic places, and multicultural. I desire to
visit there and experience art, food, museums, and other tourist attractions. Canada is the most
beautiful and peaceful country. I have thoroughly researched Canada’s tourist attractions and cultural
landmarks and have planned my itinerary accordingly. I have always had a dream to visit Canada.
Toronto is one of the most famous cities in Canada. I will explore the majestic Rocky Mountains to
witness the inspiring Niagara Falls, CN Tower, and many other attractions, I am eager to immerse myself
in Canada’s natural wonder.
Intent:- I have strong ties to my home country. Here details are mentioned.
Work Profession:- I have been working as a Deputy Manager with WNS Global Services Pvt.Ltd. for the
past 4 years. I make important decisions regarding the Management process, team meetings, and
operations and prepare some reports. I was trying for a long time to plan a trip but with my hectic
schedule, I did not consider my plan. Now my leaves are approved by the company for this trip. I have a
settled job and have been working with the same company for the last 4 years. I will rejoin the company
on 6th Aug 2024.
Family Background:- My family consists of my mother and younger brother. My mother is a homemaker
and my brother is doing study. I have many responsibilities towards my family, they depend on me. I
have to return for a better future for me. I have a very supportive and understanding mother. I never
think of leaving my sweet family for a long time. As I am closely attached to my family. I want to serve
them emotionally as much as they have contributed to my journey of success and served as
encouragement and support to my career. I have enough savings to my all expenses like
accommodation, hotel bookings, and other incidental expenses. I have attached all the required
documents with my visa application. My family in India strongly suggests that I have no reason to stay in
Canada.
