De Farmacia is a 15 sqm community pharmacy that provides all generic
pharmaceutical and cognitive services to Filipino citizens near Taft Manila Avenue.
We offer free online patient counseling. We provide high-quality yet affordable
medication for our patients. Our pharmacist keeps track and records the patient's
medication profile to double-check the medications and health of the patient. Our
pharmacist also provides free patient consultations and other services such as
checking blood pressure and weight.

A. Operations Manager, Pharmacist
ensures the strategies needed to implement in the pharmacy and thoroughly
checks all the details, using various skills and experience in effective organization
and implementation. Julianne ensures that the rules and regulations are being
followed by the personnel.
B. Pharmacist in Charge
as the Pharmacist-in-charge, uses his knowledge and skills as a daily activity
to interact with patients and ensure all the medications are in high quality. He also
ensures that the pharmacy complies with all applicable laws and regulations
governing the pharmacy practice.
C. Marketing Manager
uses her innovative skill and creativity to create tactical and strategic plans to
meet marketing goals, such as brand planning and strategy development, and
assess the success of promotion and advertising programs to make adjustments.
D. Financial Manager
as the pharmacy manager, is in charge of keeping an eye on the day-to-day
commercial activities of a pharmacy, including delivering prescription drugs and
giving clients advice.

and a loyalty card. Wherein they can earn points by buying pharmaceutical products
in our pharmacy, which can be used as a discount for their next purchase of items.
Posters and flyers will be distributed to patients around the area to publicize the
pharmacy.
The pharmacy will have its website, and all the available products will be
posted on the website. Patients can get in touch with us quickly using the information
provided, including an automated email form. Additionally, there are customer
service surveys accessible in which those who complete them are entered into a
drawing to win natural health items that have been specially tailored for them after a
consultation. By using these surveys, we can measure how well our services are
being received while also making improvements. The pharmacy will also utilize
