INSTRUCTIONS
1. THE PAPERS WILL BE HELD IN FIRST MEETING.
School Timings during Examination : 8:20 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. (OR according to duration of Paper)
2. ART Examination of classes VI , VII & VIII : 19/02/2024 (during School hours ).
3. Medical Certificate should be submitted within TWO DAYS after the completion of Exams.AFTER TWO DAYS
IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

4. Parents are requested to check the Fee-Booklet of their wards.All dues (April 2023 – March-2024)
should be cleared before Annual Examination: 2023-2024 , otherwise defaulters will not be allowed
to appear in Annual Examination: 2023-2024.
5. Students will be disqualified from the Examination :
• If they are detected in giving or attempting to give or obtain any unfair assistance . AND
• If they have any book,notes,memorandum or pocket-book,paper in their possession except the correct
question paper during examination in the class-room.
• No Smart watches are allowed during examinations.
6. Result Declaration :
Classes VI to IX & XI result will be declared on 26/03/2024.
7. Session for classes VI to X & XII will start from 28/03/2024.
