Younity is a community where students come together and shape themselves for
a better future. We at Younity, work together as a team establishing trust, respect, and
value for all its members.

A Community Led Ed-Tech Platform with a core mantra of up-skilling

undergraduates and providing internships and Placements thereafter.
Younity Ed-Tech Pvt Ltd is a Pan India Student Ecosystem which has 2 unique
segments for learning enthusiasts,
Younity Community and Younity Live Learners wherein we are providing live
two-way communication interactive sessions to the students with an aim to provide
skills, disrupting the Ed-Tech industry by working on 3 Ps: Professional, Personality
and Personal Growth of the Gen-Z.
Younity is an ecosystem which focuses on 3 P’s of every student’s life i.e.
Professional, Personality and Personal. We are currently working under two categories
of Younity Community and Younity Live Learners wherein we are providing live
interaction two-way communication sessions to the students with an aim to disrupt the
market of education technology industry by filling the space for curiosity and doubt
solving for the students.

EXPERIENCES AND RESPONSES

An internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful,

practical work related to a student's field of study or career interest. An internship
gives a student the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to
learn new skills.

My experience of working with younity is amazing, this is my first internship. I

got many life lessons which will be helping me to grow further in my life. Guidance
by prafful sir, shashwat sir, team buddy is great.

It gain skills that will enhance your resume and increase your career
options. Explore a business or agency and observe or participate in the tasks and
responsibilities preformed daily by professionals. Experience workplace culture,
politics, and business etiquette. Discover a career or new interest.

Understanding sales and how it works is very important for many careers, but
doing high ticket sales would not benefit a student because of the pressure time
and inadequate experiences we have. Also we don't get many opportunities either.
The various internship opportunity at Younity helps us understand how various
aspects of a career is or will look in reality. We can then make better decision on
career choices. Working at Younity is an opportunity up for grab.

I gained my 1st time ever real experience by taking to people and pitching
them the courses. I learnt at what stage my communication skills at and how
should I improve it for my benefit. The B2C corner really gave me a insight about
people and myself and I learnt client based service is a task which helped me to
understand my area which I should focus more on.

My journey as a Business Development and Research Intern at Younity so

far has been amazing. The mentors focus on teaching new skillsets which helps
one understand how the real corporate world works.

 Conclusion:

In a nutshell, this internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I

can conclude that there have been a lot I’ve learnt from my work at Younity. Needless
to say, the technical aspects of the work I’ve done are not flawless and could be
improved provided enough time. I believe my time spent in Business development it
was well worth it and contributed to finding an acceptable solution to build a fully
functional web service. Two main things that I’ve learned the importance of the time-
management and self-motivation.

I got an opportunity to learn basic and many new things related to business
development. I think this 21 days internship was not enough for me as there are so
many more things which are required to be learned in future and the list is never
ending. Along my training period, I realize that observation is a main element to find
out the root cause of a problem. Not only for my project but daily activities too.
During my project, I cooperate with my colleagues and operators to determine the
problems. Moreover, the project indirectly helps me to learn independently, discipline
myself, be considerate/patient, self-trust, take initiative and the ability to solve
problems. Besides, my communication skills is strengthen as well when
communicating with others.

Hence, I wish that in future I will get more opportunities to learn more things.
