• Stay Until the End: Kindly refrain from leaving the auditorium until the completion of the
Graduation Day proceedings, regardless of circumstances.
• Phone Usage: For the sake of decorum, please refrain from using your phones inside the
auditorium. Kindly switch them to silent mode.
• Adherence to Schedule: The Graduation Day proceedings will strictly adhere to the
scheduled time. There will be no further notifications regarding timing changes. We urge
everyone to assemble at the venues as per the schedule.
• Entry Policy: Once the Graduation Day proceedings commence, entry into the auditorium
will not be permitted.
• Dress Code: Please adhere to the dress code by wearing formal attire.
• Maintaining Decorum: We kindly request all attendees to maintain utmost decorum inside
the Auditorium throughout the event.
• Gown Return: Following the conclusion of the event, please return your gowns to the
designated coordinators.
• Parent Seating: Separate seating arrangements have been made for parents. Please seek
assistance from coordinators for guidance.
• Post-Event Dinner: Dinner has been arranged near the Amphitheater after the Graduation
Day proceedings.
• Dinner Conclusion: Kindly assist us in concluding the dinner session by 9:30 PM.
