We provide the consulting services related to establishment a legal entity in
Indonesia based on relevant regulations and common practices in Indonesian, for
Foreign Companies who want to expand their business and operation in Indonesia.

Some options on investment in Indonesia:

• Limited Liability Company as a Foreign Company (PMA), or
• Representative Office

PMAs are the most common form of foreign investment with its licenses obtained
through the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). It require a capital
investment and take longer to process. PMA also gives investors full control of the
company operation.
To set up a Representative Office it has no capital requirements and will require
shorter period to finish, but it cannot engage in any commercial activities. It is only
limited to liaison and represent the interest of their parent company.
