The procurement request for the program is not approved, lead to several
challenges or issues:
Resource Limitations: Without the necessary procurement, there may be a lack of
essential resources such as equipment, training materials, or personnel needed to
conduct the earthquake drill effectively.
Limited Scope
The program's effectiveness may be compromised if certain critical components,
such as communication systems, emergency supplies, or training resources, are not
available due to the procurement delay.
Safety Concerns
Inadequate resources can increase safety risks during the drill, potentially
impacting the well-being of participants and the public.
Addressing these challenges requires prompt action to resolve the procurement
issues and ensure that the necessary resources are available for future drills and
emergency preparedness efforts. Additionally, clear communication about the reasons
for the delay and efforts to mitigate its impact can help maintain trust and support for
the program.
