The most significant aspects of the leading function in a management context include
the capacity of shaping the goals, motivations, and actions of others. As well as
providing a clear vision and direction for the team or organization. Other said
important aspects of the leading function can be the following:

2. Building and maintaining a strong team that works cohesively towards common

3. Setting a positive example through effective communication, decision-making, and
problem-solving skills.

The leading function in management is a crucial aspect of driving an organization
