V. RATIONALE:
During the month of September of every year, the Philippine Civil Service celebrates its anniversary. The
123rd Philippine Civil Service to be celebrate in the Municipality of Labo, all government officials and
employees of local and national agency in the municipality conduct different activities such as sport fest
and social activities to show the camaraderie among all government employees of the municipality.
VI. OBJECTIVES:
1. To be acquainted with all government employees working in the municipality of Labo;
2. To make the celebration of the civil service more meaningful, exciting and enjoyable; and
3. To develop sportsmanship and servitudes.

VII. DATE, VENUE AND ACTIVITIES

The activities will be conducted from September 25 to 29, 2023 at the Municipal Hall, and Labo Sports
Complex, Labo, Camarines Norte.
