On the above date and time, VIPER unit detectives were conducting investigation to
locate the defendant, who was wanted out of Broward County for Murder in the 2nd Degree.
Detectives were able to locate the defendant s 2016 grey Honda Accord (FL 13EHIY) at
the listed address and established surveillance. At
approximately 4:45 p.m., the
defendant was observed
walking toward the Grey Honda. VIPER Unit Detectives moved in to
conduct a takedown. The defendant immediately observed law-enforcement and ran back into

the above named defendant committed the above offenses charged and the facts showing probable cause to believe the same are as follows.
the listed address. After a brief foot pursuit, the defendant was taken into custody
without further incident.
Search Incident to arrest, detectives located a Glock 23 40 Cal pistol (SN: TDE239)
concealed in the Defendant s groin area. The firearm was loaded with (13) rounds in the
magazine, and (1) round chambered.
During inspection of the firearm, I recognized the
firearm was altered with an internal aM-to sear, converting this firearm from being
semi-automatic into a pistol capable of fully automatic fire 9198*g-ne-d-to shoot more than
one shot, without reloading, with a single EfunctiBH of the trigger.
An NCIC/FCIC query of the defendant showed he was on Felony Probation for Possession of
a Firearm/Ammo by Juvenile Delinquent (Case #2212610). The Defendant was under the age
of 21 during this investigationand is ineligible to possess a firearm. I made contact
with BSO Teletype who confirmed the warrant. The Defendant was transported to the BSO
Main Jail for processing. BWC in use.
