Question No. 1.

and Question:
Have I achieved anything which pushes me towards my goal?

S – Situation I wish to indulge in projects and technical works


which gives me knowledge on the field I am
interested in.

H – Hindrance Time available and better management of available


time in productive things.

A – Action taken I have started to work on few projects with professors


and friends.

R – Result obtained I have learned few technical skills required to run


basic simulation in CFD. Yet to learn a lot.

E – Evaluation If I am consistent in what I am currently doing right


about yourself now, I can achieve final goal eventually.
Question No.2. and Question:
Am I knowledgeable in the field which I want to specialise in?

S – Situation To gain a decent level of basic knowledge in the field I


wish to specialise in.

H – Hindrance Academic stress, time available and poor time


management.

A – Action taken Trying to manage better time management to have


time to learn something new in my field of interest as
consistent as possible.

R – Result obtained Have learned some new things and innovations


coming up in my field of interest.

E – Evaluation With the knowledge I gain I would be able to express


about yourself myself better when I go outside to compete people in
my field of interest.
Question No. 3. and Question:
Am I a good innovator?

S – Situation Am I innovative and creative enough to call myself an


engineer.

H – Hindrance Not expressing myself and fear of making mistakes.

A – Action taken Trying to talk about my ideas even if they are silly and
talk technical stuff with friends even if I end up
making mistakes.

R – Result obtained Even though I ended up making mistakes I got to


learn lot of new things from people around me.

E – Evaluation Learned to grow from the mistakes I make, and that


about yourself people grow from mistakes that they make down the
road of life.

Have you said No where people expected you to say yes?

S – Situation Have I said yes without my consent in the thing or for


the sake of people asking.

H – Hindrance Thought of hurting the person asking the favour or


the question. Or the question someone proposes end
up emotionally pressurising us.

A – Action taken Forced myself to say no if wanted to say no if I am


interested in it.

R – Result obtained Have learnt to embrace my emotional health and tell


people no when I feel that I do not want certain
things.

E – Evaluation Got less guilty about the things that I am supposed to


about yourself be guilty about that led to better mental health

Have you criticised someone positively?

S – Situation Have I criticised someone positively

H – Hindrance Tried to criticise someone without hurting people but


ended up hurting them most of the time.

A – Action taken Tried to sugar coat what I want to say but end up not
getting the result I want, or the opposite party do not
take the criticism seriously.

R – Result obtained Stop sugar coating things and tell things to peoples
face and if it helped them get better then it is for
good or else it is their loss.

E – Evaluation Learned to be cold at places that needed me to be


about yourself cold and was able to control my emotions well.
Question No.3. and Question:
Have you procrastinated an important work?

S – Situation Have I procrastinated an important work.

H – Hindrance Laziness and not taking things seriously when they


need to be taken seriously

A – Action taken Tried the 3 second rule which is do the thing which I
want to within the three seconds of the thought of
doing it.

R – Result obtained I tend to procrastinate less than I use to. And got a lot
of work done.

E – Evaluation I got a lot of work done and felt better as workload


about yourself got less with time.
