AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) for Hiring of recruitment Agency for manpower tob e recruited
from Bangladesh is made and effective on 06 January 2018, by and between:
Precision Engineering Industries a company duly organized and registered under the laws of the State
of Qatar, with it’s official address at P.O. Box 13759, Doha, State of Qatar, represented herein by its Dr.
Sarika Shahji, Managing Director hereinafter referred to as “First Party”,
- And-
M/s Sufi International LTD., a company duly organized and registered under the laws of the State of
Qatar, with it’s official address at P.O. Box _________, Doha State of Qatar hereinafter referred to as
“Second Party“,
Both referred to hereinafter collectively as the “Parties” and individually as the “First/SecondParty”.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Precision Engineering Industries is in the business of providing Manpower Services to it’s
clients and from time to time needs to recruit them from abroad as required or is in the business of
providing Manpower and is engaged in the business of providing Engineering/Construction
Management Services;
WHEREAS, TRUST FACILITIES MANAGEMENT is in the business of Supply of Manpower Services;
WHEREAS, The First Party has issued the LPO No. PSL-PO-MPR- (2) dated 27 Nov 2018 to The Second
Party as confirmtion for provding the services.
For the reason recited above, and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this
agreement, the parties agree as follows:
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained herein, the
parties hereby agree as follows:
1. CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period is three (03) months and renewable.
The quantity of provided manpower in the Agreement can increase or decrease as per project
requirement
2. SERVICES
During the term of this Agreement, the “Second Party” shall render to the “First Party” the
Manpower Supply services services to the best of its ability.
The Second Party shall provide all Highly Skilled / Skilled / Semiskilled / Unskilled Labors, for
the successful completion of the work.

The Second Party shall make their own arrangement for the transport and accommodation of
their labours.
3. FIRST PARTY RESOPONSIBILITY
The First Party shall provide to the Second Party only with water and electricity on free of cost
basis limited for the use of construction purpose only. The First Party shall provide facility site
area like eating area/ toilet for the workers.
4. RESOURCE MOBILIZATION
The Second Party shall mobilize adequate resources for the successful completion of the work
within the time frame set by the First Party. The Second Party shall mobilize enough manpower
round the clock-basis as per requirement and/or instructions of the First Party’s representative
or his authorized representative and shall not remove the same without written permission
from First Party representative.
If First Party representative feels that the mobilized resources are insufficient to carry out the
job, then he may ask the Second Party to mobilize additional resources. In such case, the
Second Party shall mobilize additional resources as desired by the First Party representative.
Mobilization of manpower shall be made on consultation with concerned Project manager.
5. DEMOBILIZATION
Demobilization: 14 days’ notice period.
6. INDEMNITY
The Parties indemnify each other against any kind of losses caused to the Client or any third
parties.
7. LABOR LAW
The Second Party shall comply with all requirements of any applicable law relating to the
employment of labour/personnel under this Agreement including but not limited to matters
relating registrations under the applicable statutes, timely payment of wages and allowances,
payment of overtime, grant of leave, working hours, safety and applicable holidays with
accordance to Law of Qatar.
8. TERMINATION
In case of default on the part of the First Party or the Second Party in carrying out their
respective obligations under the Agreement, both parties retain the right to terminate the
Agreement by giving 14 day’s notice for termination.
9. RATES
The unit rate mentioned below shall be Inclusive of all the PPE requirements to the satisfaction
of the First Party.

The rates are based on 10 working hours per day. All work done above 10 hours on the same
day or during holiday or Friday’s are to be calculated as per Qatar Labor Law (price x 1.25 on
normal days) & (price x 1.50 for holidays & Friday’s). In Ramadan 6 hours work shall be charged
as 8 hours work as per the Labor Law requirements.
The rate shall include (but not limited to) all costs towards mobilization, demobilization, labour
and duties for the execution of the work.
Any work less than 10 hours a day shall be charged as 10 hours. The Second Party shall not be
responsible for the progress of the job. The Manpower has been rented on hourly basis and
the First Party shall use the manpower for full 10 hours.
The time sheet to monitor the presence of each Manpower required is to be signed on daily
basis and reconciled at the end of each month between both parties and prior to the
preparation and release of the invoice.
Time Card: Time Card shall be approved by the concerned Project Engineer / Project Manager
and submitted to the First Party at the end of every month. The First Party shall provide the
approved time card on 3rd day of every month and Second Party shall submit its invoice by the
5th day of every month.
10. PAYMENT
The payment terms are net 30 days after submittal of an invoice to the First Party.
100% Payment shall be issued within 05 days after submission and approval of the monthly
invoice by the First Party through a PDC cheque for payment dated to be within 30 days. All
the payments will be in favor of M/s. TRUST FACILITIES MANAGEMENT W.L.L
The First Party shall issue a PDC Cheque equal to the monthly invoice amount to the second
party each month for the services in advance along with the payment for submitted advance.
5% penalty per week shall accrue to each invoice not paid within the agreed time.
11. SAFETY & INSURANCE
All PPE like safety shoes, helmets, coveralls etc. required for the safe execution of the work
entrusted shall be provided to their laborers by the Second Party.

All types of insurance measures related to this work shall be taken care by the Second Party.
Sub-Contractors “All Risks” insurance for the work will be covered from the First Party’s
Insurer. Sub-Contractor is fully responsible for various types of insurance, local laws, legal
matters. The Sub Contractor should employ labors under their own sponsorship and
responsible for workmen compensation in this connection for executing the job.
12. DISPUTES
Disputes or differences shall be resolved amicably. In case of failure to amicable resolution, the
dispute or difference shall be referred to the appropriate Courts in the State of Qatar.
The terms and conditions stipulated herein are final and binding. These supersede any other
terms and conditions; correspondence between the Parties or any personal discussion that
took place between the 2 parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and year first
above written. The parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed in duplicate, Each party
to retain one original each of this Agreement.
