1. Introduction:
Saudi Aramco invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the provision of industrial
equipment as per the specifications outlined in this tender document.
2. Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of the following industrial equipment:
Pumps:
Centrifugal pumps for various applications (e.g., water injection, crude oil transfer).
Specifications: Stainless steel construction, API 610 compliant, capacity range from 100 GPM to 10,000
GPM.
Compressors:
Reciprocating compressors for gas compression.
Specifications: High-efficiency compression, suitable for sour gas service, capacity range from 500 SCFM
to 50,000 SCFM.
Valves:
Gate valves, globe valves, and check valves for process control and isolation.
Specifications: API 6D or equivalent, sizes ranging from 2" to 24", materials: carbon steel, stainless steel,
and alloy steel.
Heat Exchangers:
Shell and tube heat exchangers for heat transfer applications.
Specifications: ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code compliant, materials: carbon steel, stainless steel,
and titanium, heat transfer area ranging from 100 sq.ft to 10,000 sq.ft.
Instrumentation:
Pressure transmitters, level switches, temperature gauges, and flow meters.
Specifications: Accuracy within ±1%, suitable for hazardous area classification, compatible with
distributed control systems (DCS).
Electrical Equipment:
Motors, switchgear, and control panels for power distribution and motor control.
Specifications: NEMA or IEC standards compliant, voltage rating: 480V/3-phase, explosion-proof
enclosures for hazardous areas.
3. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, bidders must meet the following criteria:
Registered and licensed to conduct business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Have experience in supplying industrial equipment to the oil and gas industry.
Financially stable with the ability to fulfill the requirements of the contract.
4. Tender Submission:
Deadline for Submission: June 8, 2024, at 12:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Time)
Address for Submission: Saudi Aramco Procurement Department, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
Format: Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender No. and addressed
to the Saudi Aramco Procurement Department.
5. Evaluation Criteria:
Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Compliance with technical specifications and requirements.
Price competitiveness.
Vendor experience and track record in the oil and gas industry.
Proposed delivery schedule.
Compliance with Saudi Aramco's safety and quality standards.
6. Tender Opening:
Date and Time: June 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Time)
Venue: Saudi Aramco Headquarters, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
Bidders or their representatives may attend the tender opening session.
7. Confidentiality:
All information provided in response to this tender shall be treated as confidential by Saudi Aramco.
8. Contract Award:
Saudi Aramco reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tender process at any
time prior to contract award without incurring any liability.

10. Additional Instructions:
Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM (Saudi Arabia Time) at Saudi
Aramco Headquarters, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Site visits can be arranged upon request. Please coordinate with the procurement department.
