Pada Proyek ini, Scope of Work(SOW) antara lain : Pekerjaan pendahuluan, pekerjaan struktur, pekerjaan arsitektur dan pekerjaan
Mekanikal dan Elektrikal.
Pekerjaan tersebut mencakup : Jasa Desain, Supply, Fabrikasi dan konstruksi untuk Pembangunan Pabrik Pakan Ternak, dengan
kapasitas 15.000 MTPM (Dapat Diperluas hingga 19.500 MTPM) di PIER, Pasuruan.

Sebagai Kontraktor pemenang Tender adalah :

2. PT. Dutacipta Pakarperkasa(DCP).

DURASI PENYELESAIAN PROYEK :
Berdasarkan Kontrak bahwa durasi penyelesaian proyek :
365 hari.
Untuk Pengendalian Waktu penyelesaian proyek maka :
1. Disusun WBS(Work Breakdown Structure), yaitu
menyusun semua aktivitas pekerjaan secara
terperinci(detail) berdasarkan SOW.
2. Disusun Time Schedule, berdasarkan WBS diatas,
pada masing-masing aktivitas diberikan durasi waktu
penyelesaiannya dengan memperhatikan sequence
pekerjaan, serta memperhatikan target waktu
penyelesaian sesuai kontrak yaitu 365 hari.
WBS & Time Schedule tersebut tertuang pada Kurva-S.
Software yang digunakan untuk pengedalian waktu proyek
ini memakai : MS-Project atau Primavera.

PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PROYEK :

Untuk menjaga kualitas pekerjaan Mechanical dan Electrical, maka dimulai :

1. Pada phase Engineering, maka spesifikasi semua Equipment mengikuti semua ketentuan dalam dokumen kontrak.
2.Pada phase pengadaan juga dipastikan spec dan kualitas dipastikan dokumen kontrak; kemudian dilanjutkan
produksi(Fabrikasi) dan setelah selesai perlu dilakukan Factory Acceptance Test(FAT),
3. Pada instalasi di site(lokasi proyek), maka sebelum memulai semua pekerjaan harus dipastikan Metode Kerja telah sesuai
ketentuan, memakai peralatan kerja yang baik, tenaga kerja yang trampil dan berpengalaman, serta selalu dilakukan pengawasan
pada setiap Langkah kerja agar pekerjaan tersebut berfungsi dengan baik dan memenuhi semua kaidah yang ditentukan dalam
kontrak dan regulasi yang ada.
4. Pada phase Testing dan Commisioning : dilakukan pengetesan secara individual dan group, dilakukan bersama konsultan
pengawas dan Owner(Employer).

Pada Proyek ini, PT. Prosys Bangun Persada sebagai Konsultan Pengawasan pekerjaan semua pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh
Kontraktor, yaitu PT. Hutama Karya. Employer(Pemilik proyek) : PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia.
PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia : merupakan anak Perusahaan SIG(Semen Indonesia Group) : merupakan Perusahaan yang
memproduksi berbagai jenis Semen.

Proyek ini : merupakan pengembangan prasarana produksi semen meliputi area Blending Silo; Clinker Silo; Cement Silo ;
Transportasi Semen(Tube Conveyor) ; serta expansi untuk Jetty(Dermaga).
Pengembangan pabrik ini, bertujuan untuk memproduksi semen tipe-5 yang direncanakan untuk Eksport ke berbagai
negara(Amerika Serikat, dll).
