INTRODUCTION

Every group works there is always a Leader that will manage the work and their
members, the Leaders are the ones usually the teachers rely on, they represent their
groups and are a good role model. In Schools, Student leaders are really important
since they play a very vital role. They plan events, help teams work better, and keep
everyone on track. Big group projects are key for learning to work together, these
projects need good teamwork, clear talking, and managing time well. These projects
often relies on how good the Student leaders are.

It is crucial that the Student leader must be carefully chosen, because everyone can be
a Leader but not everyone is qualified to be one. However, their contributions don’t
end within the school walls and classrooms; rather they contribute throughout our
society. By their leadership skills, communication skills, empathy, and hard work they
can be a good inspiration in their community. Their Influence can reach far and wide,
shaping the actions, attitudes, and behaviors of the people around them.

The value of student participation in terminal projects is more than just achieving
academic results as it has a lot of benefits. These collaborative experiences are said to
imbibe vital life skills like effective communication, time management, and conflict
resolution among others. Certainly, group projects involving student leaders are
always successful. Student leaders are examples that inspire their peers to get
involved, contribute their thoughts and engage in productive conversations with
others. These are individuals who can make sure that all voices are heard and that the
team adheres to the project schedule. By providing guidance to fellow learners and
facilitating group work dynamics, student leaders essentially enhance the overall
success of such assignments.

This study aims to analyze a student leader's overall effect in the quality and
efficiency of a section to produce a terminal project that involves all of the classroom's
inhabitants and how they can Influence the people around them. Through an in-depth
evaluation, this quantitative research is focused in assessing various aspects of
Student Leadership including self evaluation to understand the multifaceted roles and
responsibilities of student leaders in facilitating collaboration, impact on team
morale, fostering teamwork, and enhancing the collective productivity of their peers
towards the successful completion of significant academic projects. Furthermore,.
through this Research we can give importance about Students leadership and make a
greater appreciation for their contributions not only within the School premises but
also in our Society. This can Empower them into becoming a better leader and a good
role model making them continue to make a meaningful and positive impact in our
environment.

DATA COLLECTION

This research aims to examine how the presence of a Student leader can affect the
outcome of group projects in a school environment. It focuses on identifying
characteristic features and behaviors of good student leaders which might be helpful
for other students who want to learn leadership. Findings from this study will also
contribute toward better understanding how students’ collaboration on such
academic projects may be influenced positively by their leaders thereby providing
them with an opportunity to assume more leadership roles.

To do this, we will gather data to see if there's any clear evidence that shows us how
student leaders make a difference in project success and their influence. The research
will use a comprehensive survey to gather information because the researchers believe
that this is the best method of achieving a desired result. These could start by
distributing surveys to both student leaders and humss students. These surveys would
ask questions to evaluate Student leaders about their leadership, role, skills, how
much they can contribute to school and the community. The approach is expected to
identify key factors that distinguish an effective from unsuccessful student leader as
well as their accompanying techniques for supporting fellow group members. In
gathering the data, we will use the Purposive sampling technique, we will be selecting
a specific group of individuals particularly the Humss Students for this evaluation.

The purposive sampling technique Is the one that the Researchers have chosen
because It allows for the selection of individuals who possess unique characteristics or
experiences that are relevant to the research question. For instance, students’ leaders
who have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills or those who have been in their
positions for an extended period can provide valuable insights into student leadership
and its impact on their peers. Furthermore, In this Research we will ask them several
questions on how they would rate or see themselves as a student leader like how
they're efficient when it comes to leading their classmates.

Moreover, utilizing tools like behavior tracking software or peer evaluations could
offer additional perspectives on the leadership qualities and effectiveness of student
leaders. By combining multiple data collection methods, we can paint a
comprehensive picture of the impact of student leadership within the school premises
and identify areas for further improvement or support.
