CORRECTIVE ACTION
a) provide top horizontal tube
b) provide bottom horizontal tube
c) provide pair of girder or beam clamp
d) replace with girder damp
a) provide checked coupler top or bottom of hanger tube
b) top or bottom checked coupler should be fully tight
c) install trapeze tube shall be approximately 2 feet below runner
) trapeze length nyst be 1.5 to 2 feet
e) replace with double clamp
reinstall double clamp load against hinge flap
replace with double coupler
