We have many warehouses in the United States, Europe
and outside Europe to deliver the best products to our
customers in a short time and with less risk. We have many
different brand products in these warehouses.
Therefore, the shipping fee and delivery times of the
products and brands in each warehouse are different. The
following list includes shipping costs and delivery times in
detail.

warehouses that only deliver in the country where they

RE-SHIP & INSURANCE POLICY
We offer our customers the opportunity to insure their
purchased products. This insurance is valid for situations
such as customs seizure, breakage, loss
To insure your orders, you need to select "I want insurance"
on the payment page when creating your order.
Insurance fee is 10% of your order amount
No action should be made on your tracking number for 45
days for the insurance policy to take effect. Or you should
receive a letter stating that your package has been seized by
customs and send us a picture of this letter.

Can i select courier shipping?
Express shipping is only available for Pharma Grade
products. If you have a product with express shipping option
in your cart, you can select this option on the order page.
Which courier company are you using?
Your order will be sent using the most suitable courier
company (Fedex, TNT etc.) depending on your order and the
destination country.
Do you give a tracking number?
We give you a tracking number (TN) for each package
shipped. Our shippers send us TNs after they ship out the
packages. We forward the TNs to you immediately after we
get them.
