STEP 3

AlmaBetter Placement Program

Who is eligible for enrolling via the Pay Upfront model?

The student should hold a valid gradua�on degree. Final-year students can also
enroll in the AlmaX program.
The student should have a minimum 60% marks achievement in academic record
throughout (X, XII, Gradua�on & Post Gradua�on, if any).
The student should have 0-5 years of work experience when you graduate from
this program.
Students should be able to communicate well in English.

Who is eligible for enrolling via the Pay A�er Placement model?
The primary requirement for AlmaX is that you should be a final-year student or a
graduate willing to take a job within a month.
Secondly, you have to sign an Income Share Agreement (ISA). ISA is a legal
agreement between you and AlmaBe�er where you promise to pay us a part of
your salary only when you get placed above the minimum threshold salary.

Perks: In AlmaX, our career coaches prepare you for 12 to 16 weeks, make you job-
ready, and then we get you placed with our hiring partners with a minimum
guaranteed salary.

Hiring Partners: We have partnered with 500+ high growing and valued startups,
medium level corporates and MNCs across India. However, owing to our relentless
pursuit, this number will keep on increasing as we are constantly expanding our
network of hiring partners.

Freshers’ Salaries: The packages differ from student to student. AlmaBe�er

Program Fee Payment

Upfront Payment
AlmaBe�er’s upfront payment model is an excellent choice for learners from all
educa�onal backgrounds. AlmaBe�er takes full responsibility for providing the best
and top-notch educa�on and placing them with a minimum salary of 6 LPA.

Fee Structure
The total fee via upfront payment mode is INR 2,40,000. You also have the op�on

with this model, you will miss out on the addi�onal perks that come with the Upfront
Payment model.

The total fee via the pay-a�er-placement model is INR 2,40,000.
Students must pay a refundable enrollment fee before signing up for the AlmaX
Placement program.
Students must sign the Income Share Agreement (ISA) to collect the refund once
they complete the learning track.
Once placed, students can pay the program fee via easy EMIs.
