Work Experience:
Presently working as Jr. Research associate in Nuwill Research and Innovations,
Bengaluru since July-2022.
worked as Trainee in Shilpa Medicare Ltd., Bengaluru rural since November-2020 to
June 2022.

Literature search, Innovator product evaluations, Pre-formulation studies, Compatibility
studies, Active and excipients vendor suitability.
Executing trial batches study for solid dosage forms for US, Europe and Indian market.
Conducting Stability studies as per ICH Guidelines.
Review analytical data, draw conclusions and plan further experimentation after
consultations with superiors.
Preparing Product landscape documents, Stability Protocols, Master formula card
(MFR).
Effectively monitor/execute documents of lab scale stability and optimization batches.
Involving in the troubleshooting during execution of trial batches.
Working as a part of the team with strong coordination with all cross functional teams for
successful delivery of the product.
To comply assigned additional activities such as SOP Preparation and review,
Departmental audits, and preparation of Tentative BOM.
