Format of the FYP Report

1. Acknowledgement
(Page No 1)

In this section, students should acknowledge the support and help of people who helped
inthe completion of their FYP report and the preparation of their report.

2. Executive summary
(Page No 2-Half a page maximum)

An executive summary previews the main points of a detailed report. It helps the reader to
get a quick view of the report before reading it in detail. In this summary, you should briefly
mention everything important that you have done, discovered and concluded.

3. Table of contents
(Page No 3)

List the important section titles and sub-titles in the report with their respective page
numbers in atabular format.

Chapter No 1:
Introduction of Business
The "Description of Business" chapter introduces the business venture, including its mission,
vision, and unique features. It outlines the market analysis, products or services offered, market
research, Problem identification, introduction of the product etc. The chapter concludes by
summarizing the key points and highlighting the venture's potential for success

Chapter No 2:
Sector Analysis
Sector Analysis chapter will include an overview of the industry landscape, examining market

trends, key players, and growth opportunities.(SWOT) analysis. You'd delve into market
segmentation, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Additionally, you might discuss
regulatory factors, technological advancements, and potential challenges impacting the sector's
trajectory (PESTEL analysis).
Chapter No 3:
Feasibility Analysis
"Feasibility Analysis" chapter will include the viability of your business idea or project. This
involves assessing its market feasibility, considering factors such as demand, competition, and
target demographics. You'd also analyze the financial feasibility, including revenue projections,
cost estimates, and potential profitability. Additionally, you might explore the operational
feasibility, examining resources, capabilities, and potential risks associated with implementation

Chapter No 4:
Marketing/Promotional strategies
"Marketing and Promotional Strategies" chapter will outline the plans to attract and retain
customers. This includes detailing your target market, positioning strategies, and the marketing
mix (product, price, place, promotion). You'd discuss promotional tactics such as advertising,
public relations, and digital marketing, as well as strategies for customer engagement and brand
building. Additionally, you might analyze metrics for measuring the effectiveness of your
marketing efforts
Chapter No 5:
Future projections and conclusion

In "Future Projections" chapter, you would forecast the business's performance over the next 3
to 5 years. This involves projecting key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, and
profitability based on market trends, growth strategies, and operational plans. You'd also
consider factors like industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and potential risks to provide a
realistic outlook for the business's growth trajectory alongside outlining possible exit strategies
such as acquisition, IPO, or liquidation. Additionally, you might include sensitivity analyses to
account for various scenarios and their potential impact on future projections.

In the "Discussion and Conclusion" part we critically analyze the market landscape, feasibility,
and marketing strategies of "XYZ Enterprises." We reassess future projections in light of
current dynamics, identifying key success factors and lessons learned to guide our path forward
with resilience and innovation. This chapter concludes with an invitation for stakeholders to join
us in realizing the full potential of our venture.
Overall this conclusion chapter will be including an overview of business conclusion while
keeping in view the whole chapters

Note: Above mentioned components of your Final Year Business Venture Project Report and must
reflect your personal observations, learning, and experiences gained throughout your journey.

Remember: DONOT skip any part since each part is important.

There should be harmony between the ideas that you describe throughout the report (e.g.
entrepreneurial journey, conclusion, future projections etc.

Submissions made after due date will not be considered.
