TRO 参数设置步骤

TRO parameter setting steps

1. 恢复出厂设置/Reset
同时按下和  按钮 3~5 秒，恢复出厂设置。
Press the  and  buttons 3~5 seconds at the same time to restore the factory
settings.

2. 通讯连接/ Communication connection


按下 MODE/EXIT 按钮，然后连续按下  按钮，直到出现以下画面，按下 或 
按钮将 485 通讯调节到 On 状态。
Press the MODE/EXIT button, then press the  button continuously until the
following screen appears, press the  or  button to adjust the 485 communication
to the On state.

3. 打开扩展菜单选项/ Open the extended menu options


继续连续按下  按钮，直到出现以下画面，按下 或  按钮将 EXTD 调节到 On
状态，并按下  按钮。
Continue to press the  button continuously until the following screen appears,
press the  or  button to adjust the EXTD to the On state, and press the 8 button.

4. 测量平均取样次数设定/ Measurement average sampling times setting.


继续连续按下  按钮，直到出现以下画面，初始取样次数为 1，按下 按钮将数
字改为 2，并按下  按钮。
Continue to press the  button continuously until the following screen appears,
the initial number of samples is 1, press the  button to change the number to 2,
and press the  button.

5. 测量周期设定/ Measurement cycle setting


继续连续按下  按钮，直到出现以下画面，初始测量周期为 60 秒，按下 按钮
将数字改为 120，并按下  按钮。
Continue to press the  button continuously until the following screen appears,
the initial measurement period is 60 seconds, press the  button to change the
number to 120, and press the  button.

6. 测量单位设定/ Measurement unit setting


继续连续按下  按钮，直到出现以下画面，TRO 分析仪有两种单位可供选择，分
别为 mg/L 和 PPM。默认为 mg/L, 按下 或  按钮将 UNIT 调节为 PPn，并按
下  按钮。
Continue to press the  button continuously until the following screen appears.
The TRO analyzer is available in two units, mg/L and PPM. Default is mg/L, press 
or  button to adjust UNIT to PPn and press  button.

7. 通讯地址编码及设置/ Communication address coding and setting


继续按下  按钮，出现“ADDR”界面，通过按下 或 调节地址编号。其中：欧
姆龙 PLC 规定 1#TRO 通讯地址为 1，2#TRO 通讯地址为 2，3#TRO 通讯地址为 3；
三菱 PLC 规定 1#TRO 通讯地址为 5，2#TRO 通讯地址为 6，3#TRO 通讯地址为 7。
Continue to press the  button, the “ADDR” interface appears, adjust the address
number by pressingor. Among them: Omron PLC stipulates that the
communication address of 1#TRO is 1, the communication address of 2#TRO is 2,
and the communication address of 3#TRO is 3; Mitsubishi PLC stipulates that the
communication address of 1#TRO is 5, the communication address of 2#TRO is 6,
and the communication address of 3# TRO mailing address is 7.

8. 消除密码设定/ Eliminate passwords


继续按下  按钮，出现“code”界面，通过按下 或 ，出现“off”后按  按钮以
消除 TRO 密码。
Continue to press the  button, the "code" screen appears, by pressing or ,
press the  button after “off” appears to remove the TRO password.

9. 退出参数设定/ Exit parameter setting


机器设定修改完毕后，按下 MODE/EXIT 按钮退出设定。
After modifying the machine settings, press the MODE/EXIT button to exit the
settings.
