1. UPDATES/REVISIONS ON THE PROJECT


 Addition of Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDA) to the
target communities to be aided by the project.
 Project Proposal Presentation for partners/sponsors on December 15, 2023.
 Removal of inappropriate objectives from the proposal.
2. PROCEEDINGS
After the call to order by the presiding officer, Verico Victor, the secretariat, Neil
Bryan Albes, stated the updates and revisions regarding the project proposal.
Discussion for the upcoming Presentation of the Project Proposal for the target
partners and sponsors ensued.
There were questions and suggestions regarding the workload and paperwork
dissemination. The following were the questions made:
 What would be our approach to the target partners and sponsors?
 What would be the content of the presentation?
 Who will make the presentation?
After a thorough discussion and deliberation, the team decided to make the
presentation taking into consideration Tim Pollard’s Pyramid of Planned Outcomes.
3. WORKLOAD/PAPERWORK DISSEMINATION
After the discussion and deliberation, the team agreed to assign the following
individuals to the following tasks.
 PowerPoint Presentation – Neil Bryan Albes
 Publication Material – Neil Bryan Albes
 Emails to be sent for partners/sponsors – Al Vincent Borja
 Revisions on the Project Proposal – Verico Victor, Lars Malaga,
Beatrice Caranzo
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was concluded at exactly 7:30 PM on December 8, 2023, as there
were no further matters to address.
