Navigation:
• Ctrl + Arrow Keys: Navigate to the edge of data regions.
• Ctrl + Home: Move to the beginning of the worksheet.
• Ctrl + End: Move to the last cell containing data on the worksheet.

Selection:
• Shift + Arrow Keys: Extend selection in the direction of the arrow.
• Ctrl + Space: Select entire column.
• Shift + Space: Select entire row.
• Ctrl + Shift + Arrow Keys: Extend selection to the edge of data regions.

Editing:
• F2: Edit the active cell.
• Ctrl + X: Cut selected cells.
• Ctrl + C: Copy selected cells.
• Ctrl + V: Paste cut or copied cells.
• Ctrl + Z: Undo last action.
• Ctrl + Y: Redo last undone action.

Formatting:
• Ctrl + B: Bold.
• Ctrl + I: Italic.
• Ctrl + U: Underline.
• Ctrl + 1: Format cells dialog box.
• Ctrl + Shift + $: Apply currency format.
• Ctrl + Shift + #: Apply date format.

Working with Sheets:


• Ctrl + N: New workbook.
• Ctrl + O: Open workbook.
• Ctrl + S: Save workbook.
• Ctrl + P: Print workbook.
• Ctrl + F: Find.
• Ctrl + H: Replace.

Cell Contents:
• Ctrl + Enter: Enter data in multiple cells at once.
• Alt + Enter: Start a new line within a cell.
• F4: Repeat last action.

Other Useful Shortcuts:


• Ctrl + Tab: Switch between open workbooks.
• Alt + E, S, V: Paste special.
• Alt + E, S, A: Clear all.
• Alt + F11: Open Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.

Managing Rows and Columns:


• Ctrl + + (Plus key): Insert new cells, rows, or columns.
• Ctrl + - (Minus key): Delete cells, rows, or columns.
• Ctrl + Shift + "+": Insert a new worksheet.
• Ctrl + Page Up/Page Down: Switch between worksheets.

Working with Formulas:


• Alt + =: AutoSum.
• Ctrl + ` (Backtick): Display formulas in cells.
• F9: Calculate the active worksheet.
• Shift + F3: Insert a function.

Cell Navigation:
• Ctrl + G: Go to a specific cell.
• Ctrl + Space + Arrow Keys: Select an entire column.
• Shift + Space + Arrow Keys: Select an entire row.
Data Handling:
• Ctrl + D: Fill down.
• Ctrl + R: Fill right.
• Ctrl + Shift + "+": Unhide rows/columns.
• Ctrl + - (Minus key) followed by Shift + Space or Ctrl + Space: Hide rows/columns.

View and Zoom:


• Alt + W, F: Freeze Panes.
• Ctrl + 0 (zero): Hide selected columns.
• Ctrl + 8: Display the outline symbols.

Miscellaneous:
• Ctrl + K: Insert hyperlink.
• Ctrl + W: Close current workbook.
• Ctrl + F4: Close Excel.
