4. Who VICTIM: Victim Yoshi Hanabe 5'1 Inches Height, age around 50 to 59 a
wealthy heiress who owns vast property and business in Okinawa Japan,Residing in
Philippines at Unit 40 Filipiniana Hotel , Calapan City.

5. How : On May 18,2023 at about 6am, Paddy Delos Reyes y Cabatian 39 years
old, married a businessman and a resident of #8 Guava St Barangay Mahabang
Parang, Naujan Oriental Mindoro , Appeared to this office and reported that he see a
lifeless body wearing a bench blouse color black, white pants and black rubber
shoes with White Handbag besides her lying at the said place, in additional identities
the height of a victim are 5'1 age around 50 to 59, and the victim was identified
because she have an a assorted card and it was written in Japanese language.

2. In relation to the case of a lifeless person transpired on or about 11oclock in

the evening of May 17, 2023 at #8 Guava St Barangay Mahabang Parang
Naujan Oriental Mindoro.

3. On May 18 2023 the investigation team recover the evidence from the crime
scene and turned over to the investigator of the case.

4. The suspect are white van and red color car coming from the crime scene
and the plate number are failed to get because it's to pass and cover by
darkness.

5. On May 18,2023 at about 6am, Paddy Delos Reyes y Cabatian 39 years old,
married a businessman and a resident of #8 Guava St Barangay Mahabang
Parang, Naujan Oriental Mindoro , Appeared to this office and reported that
he see a lifeless body wearing a bench blouse color black, white pants and
black rubber shoes with White Handbag besides her lying at the said place, in
additional identities the height of a victim are 5'1 age around 50 to 59, and the
victim was identified because she have an a assorted card and it was written
in Japanese language.

6. The victim was identified because of the assorted Identification card inside
her bag besides him, it is also identified by the investigator that she is from
another country.

7. The follow up investigation is still being conducted by the investigator for

possible identification

8. Through investigation is being conducted to determine the facts

circumstances, motives of the incident surrounding the found lifeless body of
Yoshi Hanabe 50 to 59 years old 5'1 inches height which was reported to this
station at about 6:00AM of May 18, 2023 at #8 Guava St., Barangay
Mahabang Parang, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.

9. *According to the sworn statement of Paddy Delos Reyes while having a

morning jog at #8 guava street Brgy mahabang Parang Naujan Oriental
Mindoro, she se the lifeless body of Yoshi Hanabe and she reported it to the
Brgy hall.

10. And according to the duty barangay tanod identified as MARIO MAGARO y
CUSI of legal age and a resident of Sitio Rosas, Barangay San Luis, Naujan
who was duty at the Barangay Hall claimed that at about 11:00 PM of May 17,
2023, he heard two successive gunshots coming from the crime scene area
but he just ignored.

11. and the last witness the private person said that he saw the white van and red
color car coming from the crime scene but he can't identify the plate number
of the van and car because it's too fast and it's by darkness.

conduct autopsy examination to the cadaver of the victim to precisely to determine its
immediate cause of death. Hence, said examination/procedure will strengthen and
establish concrete evidence in filing proper case against the suspect. Anticipating your
