INTERVIEW GUIDE PROTOCOL

A. Informants Interview Protocol

Good day! I am ____________________________, a student of Quezon National High


School, Lucena City, who is currently conducting a study entitled “ABM Research
Title”. It aims to write here the objectives of your study in paragraph form.

If you are eligible to accommodate this interview, I will ask you about write here the
things you are going to ask. There are no right or wrong, favorable, or undesirable
answers. This interview will take about one hour. With your permission, everything
you say will be used and published as part of this study.

You may request to remain anonymous if you do not wish to be identified in this
activity. I want you to be comfortable with your expression of what you are thinking or
feeling. Your participation in this research is optional and you have the right to
withdraw at any time.

While I am interviewing you, if you allow, I will take a video or audio recording of you.
These recordings will be a huge help so that I can pay more attention to your
thoughts. With your permission, your face and voice will not be hidden. But any time
you want me to turn off or stop recording, I will.
